We are located in the Northern Alps approximately 70km from Miilan & 40km from the Simplon Pass which is also the border with Switzerland.

 

The nearest town is approximately 20km away at the bottom of the valley  and is called Domodossola.

 

It is possible to get there by  public bus or taxi where there is a train service to many different locations in the area.

 

The majestic Lake Maggiore is easily within reach by road or train from Domodossola as is the city of Milan.

It is also possible to go to Zermatt or Saas Fee in Switzerland for a ski away day.

 

For those who are non skiers or don’t want to ski all week it is a good base to explore the area.
